  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...

Patient Testimonials

We value our patient's experience at Bruce Chiropractic.

  • "I literally couldn’t walk into my first appointment. I had to be wheeled in, but I walked out. Dr Kate has been instrumental in my recovery and I couldn’t whole-heartedly recommend someone any more."
    Kurt L.
  • "Can't say enough good things about Dr. Kate. She helped tremendously through my last pregnancy and continues to help me with my chronic neck pain. Recently I had a migraine for 4 days and within 20 minutes of leaving her office it was gone! She is very friendly and caring and the office is clean. My one year old and husband occasionally see her too. My baby slept so well after her adjustment."
    Sallie L.
  • "Dr. Bruce is awesome! She is one of the best chiropractors I have ever seen."
    Kelly L.
  • "I've been seeing Dr Bruce following a pretty bad car wreck in February. I could barely turn my head, and I was having bad neck and back pain. On my first visit to see Dr Bruce, she took the time to discuss treatment before touching me. I have been seeing her twice a week since then. I saw her once this week. And now I'm down to seeing her every other week. I can't believe how much she has helped me in such a short time. Thanks Kate for all of your help."
